Pilot error, a mechanical malfunction and errors made by ground crews are all being blamed for a Marine Corps plane crash that killed a family in 2008. A Marine Corps jet killed a wife, mother-in-law, and two daughters when a Marine Corp jet crashed into their California home. Now, the husband and family of his mother-in-law will be compensated for property damage, loss of future income, and loss of companionship due to the wrongful death of their family members.

This loss is one that is almost unimaginable. Not only will this husband have to rebuild his home, but he will forever face the emotional pain of losing his family. The man immigrated to the United States in 1989, and he says the crash that killed his family took away his dreams. He was unable to leave his house for two years after the crash, except to visit the cemetery.

This tragic accident resulted from mistakes by the Marine Corps that day in California, and it is important that they were held accountable in this case. Many times, people don't know their rights when their loved ones are injured or killed in an accident caused by another person.

It is wise to seek out legal help when someone you know has been killed. Doing so can help you pay for medical, funeral and future expenses, including those incurred by the loss of income from a loved one. Although no lawsuit will replace your loss, seeking compensation may help mitigate the economic hardship caused by their wrongful death.
